Bluecord

§ Service file 02

Test what you cannot see.

If you have spent months wondering whether the house is making someone in your family sick, you do not need another opinion. You need data.

If you experience this, we test for that.

SymptomWhat we test
Persistent musty or earthy smellMold spore air sampling, indoor vs outdoor baseline, surface sampling at suspected sources
Chronic congestion, headaches, fatigueVOC panel, particulate count (PM2.5 and PM10), CO2 and ventilation gradient mapping
Asthma or allergy flares only at homeAllergen testing (dust mite, pet dander, pollen), HVAC inspection, humidity profile
Recent flood, leak, or water eventHidden moisture mapping, mold spore sampling, post event hygiene assessment
New construction off gassing concernsFormaldehyde, total VOCs, particulate baseline, ventilation review
Elderly parent or newborn moving inComprehensive baseline, room by room, with a written plain language report and source control recommendations

What the report tells you.

An indoor air quality report from Bluecord includes the indoor reading, the outdoor reference reading taken on the same day, the threshold considered acceptable by EPA or AIHA guidance, and a plain language interpretation. If a reading is normal we say so. If it is elevated we say what kind of elevation and what tends to cause it.

What we will not do.

We will not invent problems. We will not pressure remediation. We will not refer you to a contractor we have a financial relationship with. The report is the deliverable. What you do with it is your decision.
