§ Partnership terms

If you have ever sent a job to an assessor who tried to take the remediation contract, you know why this matters. Bluecord is built so that does not happen.

Clean handoff promise.

Bluecord performs inspections, sampling, and reporting. Bluecord does not perform remediation. Not an exception, not a side hustle. The boundary is the business model.

When you refer a client for assessment we deliver the report and step out of the relationship. The remediation scope returns to you. We never quote remediation. We never recommend a remediation contractor by name unless the client asks for one and only with prior consent of our referring partner.

When to bring us in.

  • Pre scope. Before you bid the work, we document conditions so the scope is defensible.
  • During remediation. Mid project moisture and containment verification, optional.
  • Post remediation verification. Final clearance documentation that backs your invoice.
  • Disputed claim. When an adjuster wants an independent read, the assessment goes through us.

Referral relationship terms.

No fee splits. No kickbacks. The reason this works is that there is no money flowing the wrong direction. Your client pays Bluecord directly for the assessment. You scope and execute the remediation on the strength of our report.
